Order Processing & Shipping Categories

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.

Please review your order recap and confirmation email carefully to understand which type of order you submitted, based on the products purchased. We currently distinguish 4 categories: In Stock, Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, and Combined Orders.

1. IN STOCK
Orders with available items are shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (except weekends or local holidays, in which case they are processed the next business day). Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

 

2. PRE-ORDER
Products marked as Pre-Order are on their way to our U.S. warehouse. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Your parcel will ship within 10 days from that date.

 

3. MADE-TO-ORDER
Products marked as Made-to-Order require production before shipping. These orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days directly from Anzy Home’s manufacturing facility in Ukraine.
Certain products may have longer processing times — these will be indicated on the product or cart pages.

 

4. COMBINED ORDERS
If your order includes a mix of In Stock, Pre-Order, or Made-to-Order items, our team will contact you to confirm how you would like us to proceed with shipping (for example: partial shipments or sending everything together).

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment in real time.
