What is your minimum order quantity?
- Our minimum opening order is $500, and the minimum for reorders is $250. Each product also has its own minimum order quantity, listed in our B2B catalog (flexible and can be customized upon your business needs).
What are your wholesale pricing terms?
Wholesale pricing is 50% off retail (PVP). Pricing reflects landed cost and does not include domestic shipping, which is calculated separately based on your region.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer via invoice, payment through the Faire platform, or credit card directly through our official B2B website.
How fast will my order ship, and what are the shipping costs?
Orders processed 1–2 business days from Pennsylvania warehouse and Valencia warehouse. Domestic US delivery 1–5 business days depending on region. EU delivery 3-7 business days depending on region. Shipping costs vary by region and order value.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes — complimentary product samples and display materials are available on request, depending on the partnership type and product.
Are your products certified safe for babies and children?
Yes. Our materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and our newborn products (Moses baskets, mattresses, rocking stands) meet EN 1466:2023, tested by SGS France in accredited European laboratories.
Are all products ready to ship immediately?
Most in-stock colors and sizes ship right away from our US or EU warehouse. Some colors or sizes not currently in US stock can still be sourced from our production in Ukraine — your B2B manager can confirm availability and timing before you order.
Can I customize colors, sizes, or materials?
For larger wholesale orders, yes — we can adapt shape, size, color, and material for custom orders.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, through our Powered by People partnership — this is how we're currently live on Nordstrom and Garmentory, with more retail partners being added. US retailers: Available via Powered by People partnership

Can I get exclusivity in my territory or market?
Not as a standard policy, but we do consider exclusive strategic partnerships case by case for the right market and partner. Reach out to discuss. Sales agents and regional distribution agents are welcome for discussion.
Do you share your marketing discount calendars?
We do launch scheduled discounts over the year & we are sharing our discount calendar with our clients in advance so you'll know exactly when these take place — giving you the option to match them during those windows or keep your regular pricing at other times.
Do you provide product photos or marketing materials?
Yes, reach out to your B2B manager and we'll share PAC shots for the selected items.
What's your return or defective-item policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with prior authorization. Items must be in resaleable condition; if the return isn't due to our error, return shipping is the retailer's responsibility.
Can I meet the team or see the products in person?
Yes — we exhibit at Maison & Objet (Paris), Shoppe Object (New York), Playtime Paris, and Baby & Kid FIMI (Valencia). Reach out ahead of time and we'll arrange to meet you at our booth or even at your store if our B2B manager is located in your zone.
