Shipping Locations

We operate from three shipping locations to ensure fast and efficient delivery:

1. U.S. Warehouse
Located in Feasterville-Trevose, PA, this location handles all orders within North America.

  • Shipping is free to selected states (including East Coast, Midwest, and Southern regions) and on all orders across the U.S. over $600.
  • For other U.S. regions, a flat shipping rate applies depending on the product type and destination. The exact cost is displayed at checkout.

2. Anzy Home Manufacturing Facility
Located in Ukraine, this location ships products worldwide.
Orders shipped directly from our manufacturing facility usually come with free worldwide shipping.

3. EU Warehouse
Located in Warsaw, Poland. This location handles shipping within the European Union.

Processing Times

We’re actively working to improve our restocking and fulfillment times, but we appreciate your understanding as each piece is hand-crafted.

After you've received your order confirmation email, our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. While we aim to dispatch all orders as fast as possible, during peak sale periods, our team may require additional time to manage the increased volume.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends begin processing on the next business day.

Certain products may require additional preparation time. This will be indicated on the product or cart pages.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Package size
    • Weight
    • Delivery location

    We offer free standard shipping for most products and regions — please check your cart for final confirmation.

    U.S. Tariffs Info

    For our made-to-order items shipped from Ukraine to the United States, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. All customs duties and import fees are covered by us, so you will not be asked to pay anything additional upon delivery.

    Duties & Taxes

    Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as the location, country of origin of the product, local import polices and VAT rates.
    These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

    Please note: tracking information is usually available 1–2 days after shipment, depending on the carrier.

    P.O. Boxes

    Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address if your shipping address is a P.O. Box.

    Returns & Exchanges

    See our Return Policy page. We accept returns for most items within a specified time frame after delivery, provided the item is in original condition.
