Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled through our Pennsylvania-based fulfillment center and are processed within 1–2 business days.

Domestic delivery within the United States typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates by Region

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order value and vary by region within the United States:

• Eastern U.S.: 20% of the order value
• Central U.S.: 30% of the order value
• Western U.S.: 40% of the order value

MINIMUM QUANTITY:

Each product has its own Minimum Quantity requirement, as listed in catalogue/B2B website. Orders must be placed in multiples of the specified minimum.

RETURNS:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt and require prior authorization. All returned items must be in resaleable condition. If the return is not due to an error on our part (for example, a change of preference such as color or style), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

PRICE:

Our pricing is based on landed prices. Product prices listed reflect the landed cost of the goods and do not include domestic shipping charges. Shipping fees within the United States are calculated separately according to our regional rates.
