ORDER MINIMUMS:
Minimum opening order: €500
Minimum reorder: €250
SHIPPING:
Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Delivery across Europe typically takes up to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Rates by Region
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order value and apply uniformly across European Union.
Shipping costs are 25% of the total order value for delivery to any European country.
MINIMUM QUANTITY:
Each product has its own Minimum Quantity requirement, as listed in catalogue/B2B website. Orders must be placed in multiples of the specified minimum.
RETURNS:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt and require prior authorization. All returned items must be in resaleable condition. If the return is not due to an error on our part (for example, a change of preference such as color or style), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
PRICE:
Product prices reflect the wholesale cost of the goods and do not include domestic shipping charges. Shipping costs through the EU are calculating separately.
TESTERS:
We offer complimentary product samples and display materials upon request. Availability is determined at our discretion and may depend on the nature of the partnership and retail environment.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders must be paid in-full before shipping unless previously agreed.

– Bank transfer (via issued invoice)
– Credit card payment through our official B2B website
