Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled through our Pennsylvania-based fulfillment center and are processed within 1–2 business days.

Domestic delivery within the United States typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates by Region

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order value and vary by region within the United States:

• Eastern U.S.: 20% of the order value

• Central U.S.: 30% of the order value

• Western U.S.: 40% of the order value

MINIMUM QUANTITY:

Each product has its own Minimum Quantity requirement, as listed in this catalog. Orders must be placed in multiples of the specified minimum.

RETURNS:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt and require prior authorization. All returned items must be in resaleable condition.
